……they haven’t repented. They just want power to abuse Zambians….

The Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance has openly told voters that their top priority is to return to the Patriotic Front (PF) behaviour of violence, looting of public funds and gassing citizens.
This is the reason why the former PF ministers who have regrouped under Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance
have not articulated any clear and consistent policy on what they intend to implement once they form a government.
Their theme is now clear: return to thuggish behaviour, looting of public funds, and gassing citizens.
Alliance running mate Makebi Zulu has just reaffirmed what his presidential candidate Brian Mundubile earlier in the campaign stated – that he would govern like Edgar Lungu.
According to Makebi, Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance will return to Edgar Lungu’s policies and double the effort translating into double tribalism, double corruption, removal of student bursaries, and do away with free education.
Their true manifesto is all about pangas, cadreism, tribalism, and money in their pockets and not development.
Analysts have warned Zambians to be concerned with the opposition’s campaign message.
It is clear, without doubt, that the reincarnated PF mean it when they say they want to return to power to continue with Edgar Lungu’s misrule of embezzlement of public funds, and takeover the running of public bus stations.
The PF era was characterized by human rights abuses, media clampdown, Police brutality, cadres’ impunity, looting of public funds, intimidation, and widespread corruption.
Indeed, criminals have regrouped.
The absence of a clearly articulated economic plan from the Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance presents a risk to national stability and development.
Political commentators have concluded that only the lazy and thugs who used to terrorise innocent citizens during the PF regime would wish the return to the bad ways of the former ruling party.
Zambians are now engaged in working hard for their money.
