Chishimba Kambwili has accused Brian Mundubile, Mporokoso Member of Parliament and Patriotic Front (PF) presidential hopeful, of being a thief who deserves to be locked up.
Kambwili, who is also seeking the PF presidency, alleges that Mundubile secured lucrative road construction contracts for his company, Build-trust Construction, from the Ministry of Local Government.
Kambwili, known for his outspoken nature says Mundubile will be arrested soon. 
According to Kambwili, Mundubile received millions from the government after presenting fake invoices for projects he never completed.
In an audio making rounds on social media, Kambwili has said Mundubile awarded themselves contracts and presenting invoices without delivering works.
