FACTION Patriotic Front (PF) leader Given Lubinda has been exposed for denying his own words.
Last week, treachery Lubinda vehemently denied that he had no knowledge of the list of Council of Leaders, which was unveiled by former President Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Chris Zumani Zimba.
Lubinda denied that the list of purported Tonse Alliance leaders released by Zumani Zimba and Sean Tembo was fake and carried no authority of the party leadership. 
However, Lubinda’s involvement in drawing up the list of Tonse Alliance council of leaders has been credibly exposed by Zumani Zimba.
Zumani Zimba today released WhatsApp communications between himself and Lubinda.
The WhatsApp messages between the two have revealed Lubinda’s full input into the expanded controversial list.
In one of his directives to Zumani Zimba, Lubinda said “I’m sure that you can lobby people like Pule, (Danny Pule), Sean, (Sean Tembo), Peter Chanda, Shakafuswa (Ephraim Shakafuswa) and Musoma (Wright Musona) etc before the meeting”.
In exposing Lubinda’s denial, Zumani Zimba writes:
Both my WhatsApp messages and g-mail show that Edgar Lungu sent me to physically meet Lubinda for input to the expanded council of leaders list on 3rd March 2025, and l indeed met him at his residence.
After we worked on the list and made his input, Lubinda even e-mailed me his version of the list, and l forwarded it to ECL on 4th March, 2025.
When I told him last month that let’s share ECL’s list, Lubinda told me to forget about the list, saying “forget it, Dr. Zimba, ECL never left any list”. When I insisted on sharing the list, he declared it as a fake list as well as null and void.
With this proof, I really don’t know who wants to destroy ECL’s legacy & betray him. My job was simple, present what my master, father, mentor, and chairman left with me for PF and Tonse Alliance – the list.
