PF MPs DEFY NAKACHINDA ORDERS

SEVERAL Patriotic Front (PF) members have defied orders from faction party secretary general Raphael Nakachinda not to attend any meeting not sanctioned by his office.

This morning, Nakachinda issued instructions banning all PF members from attending political meetings that are not called or approved by him!

However, several former ruling party officials attended the Tonse Alliance meeting chaired by former Mfuwe MP Maureen Mabonga, defying Nakachinda’s directive.

Meanwhile, PEP president Sean Tembo, who is the Tonse Alliance spokesperson, has confirmed that the Alliance successfully held its 15th meeting of the Council of Leaders.

Tembo said the meeting was chaired by Hon. Mabonga, in accordance with article 14(i) of the Tonse Alliance constitution.

The Alliance will hold a press briefing tomorrow, Wednesday, 8th October 2025, at 10:00hrs, to communicate the eight resolutions of today’s meeting.
