Following a resolution by the Executive Committee today (Monday), the
Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) wishes to inform its members and
stakeholders that the 2025 elective Annual General Meeting will be held in
Livingstone at Fairmount Hotel on March 29.
FAZ General Secretary Reuben Kamanga says the decision had been made in
line with article 27 of the constitution.
“The FAZ executive committee has settled for Livingstone as the venue for the
March 29 AGM. We are pleased to announce that the date and venue for the
elective AGM has been confirmed by the Executive Committee at its sitting
today,” says Kamanga.
“We have kept to our tradition of transparently communicating with our
members at every stage as regards the elections roadmap. The ball is now in the
candidates’ hands as they prepare for the elective congress.”
Kamanga says FAZ has already sent out the notice to the membership with all
the relevant documents as per constitutional requirement.
Livingstone will be hosting the FAZ AGM for the second time after the 2020
edition was hosted at Fairmount Hotel.
