This Incident Has Led To The Declaration Of His Seat As Vacant By The Speaker Of The National Assembly.
The Electoral Commission Of Zambia (ECZ) Has Set February 6, 2025, As The Date For The Pambashe Constituency By-Election ¹.
The Nomination Process Will Take Place On January 7, 2025, And The Campaign Period Will Run From January 8 To February 5, 2025.
This Development Comes After Another PF MP, Nickson Chilangwa, Lost His Kawambwa Parliamentary Seat Following His Conviction And Jailing For Malicious Damage To Property, Threatening Violence, And Unlawful Wounding ².
