Genuine people regarding the ECL matter appreciate that:
- ECL is Former Head of State
- ECL is very familiar with conditions for FHoS who go back to active politics
The question ECL case handlers (family and associates) need to ask themselves is “Since ECL is dead, is he still in active politics?”
ECL made a choice to go back into active politics, but the fact that he is FHoS is beyond his choice, let alone any of anyone else! Now that he is no longer in active politics, his standing privileges as FHoS resume, hence State Funeral. Now, who is opposing the State Funeral for FHoS, ECL in this case? 
The government should not be faulted for insisting on the state funeral because of undocumented personal wishes. I am sckeptical about genuineness of the personal wishes because of who is championing them and the wild conditions that were tied to body immediately the death was announced ie ‘drop all court cases, reverse all judgements passed on former 1st family etc.’
There is no need for the family and associates to continue their attacks on government because deep down, they know they are the ones prolonging the pain of bereavement in the family! Allow conditions of FHoS to take charge.
As soon as this is acknowledged, the government will commence taking responsibility over everything!
