Brain Hapunda, the Socialist Party Leader Fred M’membe chola Boy, should stop misleading the public about the constitutional amendments.

Hapunda has been falsely claiming that President Hakainde Hichilema intends to remove the 50% plus one and running mate clauses from the constitution.

Hapunda’s statement on Hot FM this morning suggesting that the president wants to extend the presidential term to 8 years is false and misleading to the general public.

Hapunda’s credibility on President Hichilema’s popularity is questionable, him and a few disgruntled individuals attempted to disregard the people’s wishes by setting up a vote-rigging infrastructure at Belvedere Lodge in Lusaka to undermine the democratic process in 2021.

Instead of spreading misinformation, Hapunda and his associates should use their “Socialist Hour” on Hot FM to outline their plans for the country.

Their outdated political philosophy has failed to yield electoral success for M’membe, with his party losing numerous ward by-elections – over 90 so far.

As for Tonse Alliance or UKA or PF member Namakau Mercy Silumesi sounds more bitter and can’t construct any reasonable sentence to debate on radio. Namakau heal!
