President Hakainde Hichilema has left the country for Tanzania to attend the 300 Africa Energy summit scheduled for January 28, 2025 in Dar Es Salaam.

President HICHILEMA will attend the Mission 300 Africa Energy Summit scheduled for January 28, 2025, in Dar -es-Salaam, Tanzania.
The Summit will bring together African Heads of State and Government, high-ranking officials, senior policymakers, and development partners to advance efforts towards achieving universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy by 2030
The Summit which is jointly organized by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania, the World Bank Group, the African Development Bank, and other partners, will drive the Mission 300 initiative, which aims to provide electricity access to 300 million people by 2030.
