… as Hundreds Pay Last Respect to Dandy Crazy.
MOURNERS at Musician Wesley Chibambo, popularly known as Dandy Crazy, told PF faction Vice President Given Lubinda not to use the artist’s funeral for politicking.
When Lubinda tried to use the funeral platform for political mileage, mourners told him “Lekefyo” (STOP).
The PF who wanted to use the funeral for political purposes were outsmarted by the Socialist Party after securing an expensive casket.
Apart from politicking, the former ruling party was relegated to spectators.
Meanwhile, the government stated that it would not use social media to publicize its assistance to the late musician’s widow and children.
Sports and Arts Minister Elvis Nkandu revealed that the widow and musician B Flow had a meeting to discuss how the government could help.
He criticized the practice of using social media to publicize help rendered during funerals, calling it un-Zambian and uncultured.
