A survey by THE EDITOR ZAMBIA also revealed a low supply of condoms at drinking spots lodges in kalinga-linga and shops.

District Health Director, Dr. Stephen Shanjanika, confirmed the shortage, stating that health facilities are rationing condoms to mitigate the deficit and meet public demand.
He attributed the shortage to the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) lacking sufficient condoms.
