The Copper Queens have been drawn in group (A) of the rescheduled 2024 Morocco Women’s Africa cup of Nations tournament.
According to the draws conducted in Morocco, Zambia will square it out with hosts Morocco, Senegal and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The draw further means the rivalry among Zambia, Morocco and Senegal continues as the three nations faced each other in the last edition in 2022 which was won by South Africa.
Group (B) has Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria and Botswana while defending champions South Africa, Ghana, Mali and Tanzania are in group (C).
The 13th edition of the CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations will take place from 5th to 26th July 2025 in Morocco.
