National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQUEZ) director Aaron Chansa has described as laughable remarks by Zambia Congress of Trade Union (ZCTU) President Blake Mulala that he should stop commenting on union matters
And Chansa has insisted that accepting the K500 salary increment for civil servants was abandoning the worker, and challenged Mulala to a debate to explain to the country on why the same hike is a mockery

Last Monday, Mulala warned NAQUEZ to stop commenting on trade unions matters, saying members were represented by union leaders who must speak for them.
Mulala was infuriated when Chansa said the K500 salary increment for civil servants by government was a mockery, given the high cost of living in the country.
But responding to Mulala, Chansa laughed off the warning.
He said there were no laws that forbade NAQUEZ
