Given Lubinda, Vice Chairperson of the newly launched Tizagwa (Tonse) Alliance, has urged alliance members to dare the police going forward.
Lubinda, a former Justice Minister, encouraged members to defy police instructions when conduct alliance political events.
He stated that alliance members should disregard police directives when conducting alliance activities. He has urged the alliance leadership to ignore the police when organizing political rallies. 
Sources within the alliance have revealed that this directive is armed to prepare the public of planned funded protests to disrupt public order and create civil unrest. The protests that will be managed by Jason Mwanza the Gen Zee president who is part of the alliance are aimed to provoke police reaction and create an impression of national turmoil.
